AASA and Other State Assessments
Assessment supports instruction, measures progress and helps teachers identify students who need additional guidance. Academic StandardsCaurus Academy’s curriculum is aligned with Arizona’s College and Career Readiness Standards. The 2024–2025 Family Handbook describes statewide assessments and regular benchmark testing as part of monitoring academic progress. State AssessmentsState assessments are administered in the testing window designated by Arizona education authorities. Families are informed of school assessment schedules through school communications. Benchmark AssessmentsSchool benchmark tests are used throughout the year to monitor student learning and to guide classroom instruction. |
